We dispatch Monday-Wednesday and ship with 24 or 48 hour services to ensure your plants are in transit as briefly as possible. To ensure plants don't sit in dark boxes in cold warehouses over the weekend, we don't ship Friday-Sunday. For orders received Sunday-Wednesday, we aim to have your order with you within 48 hours.

Once you've made your order, just drop us an email to let us know the best day to catch you at home. We can't currently deliver over the weekend, so if you're out of the house during the day it we can deliver to your place of work and our couriers will usually be happy to leave packages in a secure place or with a neighbour. Please note that we can't leave plants outside your home in the cold months as they may suffer damage.

Absolutely! We pack our plants very carefully because we know all too well the disappointment of receiving a damaged plant... but sometimes bad things happen in the rough and tumble world of logistics which no amount of packaging can prevent!
All our plants are covered by our quality guarantee. We will happily replace plants badly damaged as a result of mishaps while the plant is on its way to you - just send us photos of the packaging and the damage to the plants within 48 hours of receiving your order and we'll be happy to offer a replacement or a substitute to make things right.
Please note this only covers severe damage which impact the health of the plant. Small areas of leaf damage are common and often unavoidable during the various stages of transit plants go through to get from the grower to us.
